MetroLAN Fibre
What is Inspire MetroLAN Fibre?
Fibre optic cable is used to transmit digital information at very high speed which makes it perfect for internet connections. For many years we’ve been building our own fibre optic network in and around Palmerston North and Tararua. This enables us to deliver high speed, reliable connections to many businesses and schools in these areas.
Who is Inspire MetroLAN Fibre aimed at?
Our MetroLAN Fibre premium product is aimed at customers demanding high end internet access. It is fast, reliable and has enough capacity to be shared by a large number of users.
What are the settings for the Inspire MetroLAN Fibre service?
We will help you or your systems integrators configure the router with the right settings to log on to this service. After that, you are ready to go.
The email settings are:
- Incoming POP3 mail server: pop3.inspire.net.nz
- Incoming IMAP mail server: imap.inspire.net.nz
- Outgoing mail server: smtp.inspire.net.nz
The router should assign the DNS server automatically, but if you need to do it manually, use these settings:
- Primary: 203.114.168.2
- Secondary: 203.114.128.2
