A Cheque Free Future
ASB Bank is preparing for the end of cheques. As ASB and other banks move away from processing cheques, we want to make sure you are prepared, and to show you some alternative ways to make payments. Inspire Net will also no longer be able to accept cheques from May 31st, 2021 due to this ASB ruling. Penny Road and Sanson Fibre projects
With the support of the Manawatu District Council, we've been able to work together to bring fibre to the Sanson community. This project will utilise work already being undertaken by the council to upgrade the water in this area, and will allow us to lay our own fibre micro-duct, allowing us to connect properties we pass along the way! If you're in the Sanson area or Penny Road, Taipo Road, Sutherland Road or Fairfield Road - where we are extending our own network as part of the larger Sanson project, register your interest here and we can work with you to get connected.
Central Districts Field Days Re-Cap
Time flies, and it seems so long ago, but it was great to see a lot of you at this years CD Field Days and to meet a lot more potential customers enquiring about our wireless service and also registering interest in our digital radio product. Another successful event, and the sun even shone for us over the 3 days. Helpdesk
We've recently implemented a handy new tool in our helpdesk which will enable us to gather more troubleshooting information, if required, when you call. You'll be able to communicate directly with the team member who has taken your call, take photos of cables or the back of your router to ensure things are plugged in where they should be, and we'll also be able to run things like speed tests via this system which should make your call to our helpdesk even more helpful!

We've heard you, and we're making it a thing! We had a few requests for an increase in NZ mobile call minute options from customers at the CD Field Days, and we're happy to announce that for an extra $10 you can bump your NZ mobile call minutes on our VOIP packages by 100 minutes. Scams and fraud
There are a few types of scams to be aware of. Phishing is a type of email scam, which seems to be happening more and more. It's where the sender pretends to be a trustworthy organisation - like a bank, government agency or your local internet provider! - in an attempt to get you to provide them with personal information, like your internet banking login details.
